Candidate Profile:
Graduate with work experience or Post Graduate fresher/experience. Must be flexible self starter, organized, detail oriented, exceptional time management skills, and able to follow up on multiple priorities simultaneously to accomplish all tasks without sacrificing quality. Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong Knowledge of Global Prepaid products is preferred Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills – needs to excel in fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities Strong analytical skills is an absolute must Experience in detecting fraud prevention is preferred Ability to perform simple accounting utilizing Microsoft office products. Excellent excel skills would be preferred. The position is a Night Shift Position (6:30PM - 3:00AM) and willing to flex hours based on business needs

Responsibilities:
Researching customers disputes & negative balances for Amex pre paid products for US markets Analyzing details for valid or fraudulent activity, and using strong analytical and decision making skills to resolve issues for customers. Ensure an excellent customer experience is provided to internal and external customers at all times Responsible for investigating and decision all customer disputes per Regulation E, UDAAP, BOP to include ATM, POS, Bill Pay and ACH transactions Strong communication skills to coordinate with the customer via email and phone Utilize and navigate multiple systems applicable to the product. Follow established policies and procedures to meet all defined quality, compliance & regulatory requirements in servicing the customer’s disputes.
- Support the American Express brand and what it represents to customers by demonstrating the Blue Box Values and Customer Care Principles in all interactions with customers.
