Job Description:

·         Fair knowledge/understanding of FEMA requirements with respect to capital and current account transactions.

·         To ensure that the processes are handled as per laid down process notes and that all deviations etc are brought to light of the Line manager

·         to follow laid down procedure and checks

·         To interact with RBI on approvals, clarifications seeked for applications forwarded to RBI, in assistance with the team

·         To highlight issues to the line Manager requiring clarity from Compliance on matters of regulatory importance for remittance related transactions.

·         Ensure adherence to regulations while scrutinizing the documents before submission to the regulatory authorities.

·         Adherence to all performance parameters which include key process performance indicators (TAT, accuracy, regulatory related violations, etc.), customer satisfaction levels etc.

·         Ensure that the confidentiality and information security guidelines with respect to customer information are being adhered to on a day to day level.
