Position and Qualification:

1)  Business Technology Associate -

Business Technology Associates play a crucial role on project teams. Their role is to take end-to-end responsibility for developing and/or configuring applications for managing sales and marketing operations processes. In close collaboration with a team,
1. Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes
2. Develop deep expertise in third-party ETL tools, reporting/analysis tools, 4GL software, and proprietary ZS applications
3. Create solutions that serve long-term business process needs for clients
4. Adapt/enhance solutions to changing business needsEnable the development of expertise in (a) data warehousing including ETL tools like Informatica, reporting and analysis tools like Business Objects, Cognos, SAS, and Excel, and ZS proprietary tools in the areas of incentive compensation, analytic reporting, and targeting/call planning; (b) sales and marketing data, processes, and analytics; and (c) pharmaceutical industry sales and marketing issues.Understand the business needs, design the appropriate architecture, developing the solution, and testing and rolling out the solution

2) Business Analytics Associate -
Business Analytics Associates (BAAs) are active participants in creating and delivering solutions for our clients and project teams.
BAAs leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve problems. In particular, BAAs employ advanced analytic techniques in
areas such as modeling, simulation and optimization.
As a Business Analytics Associate, you will have opportunities in many areas, such as:
1. Develop advanced statistical models that relate marketing or sales activities to financial results
2. Simulate the impact of a client’s future marketing or sales activities on their future real-world results
3. Leverage optimization techniques to guide clients and ZS teams to the best decisions

3) Business Operations Associate
Business Operations Associate role is to take ownership of operating business processes, optimize the processes, create client deliverables, and respond to ad hoc queries from the clients. The role will involve managing Sales and Marketing operations of clients on an on going basis with the following elements:
1. Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes
2. Incorporate process changes in response to evolving business needs
3. Operate business processes for clients on a periodic basis. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and creating error free deliverables
4. Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs
5. Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables
6. Identify and implement business process enhancements
Qualifications:
