Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English.
  • Acumen of Business economics.
  • Conversant with latest IT Tools, Social media and Internet.
  • Target oriented self motivated person.
  • A relevant education in the field will be considered a plus
Job responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating leads through various sales channels, preparing quotations & business proposals, interacting with international clients, perform follow-ups, assist in requirement engineering, negotiatiate deals. You will albe be responsible for effective customer relationship management, development and execution of brand building initiatives and other marketing activities of Openlabs.
  • To build productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients across customer acquisition channels.
  • To gather information about the client's requirements through online meeting, emails or chat.
  • Should be able to manage leads, and regularly follow-up with them. PS: We have long customer acquisition cycles.
  • Should provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, project forecasts, KPIs.
  • Should be able assist in brand building initiatives and other marketing activities.
  • Should be able to upsell support/other products and services to the customer
  • Should be able to research and collate data in pursuit of qualified new business leads
  • Should be able to document all the activities related to each prospects in the customer relationship management system.
