West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released a notification at its official website for the recruitment of posts included in Group A, B, C and D Services. The selection will be made by conducting the West Bengal Civil Service (Exe) etc. Examination 2017.
Candidates who are interested and fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply online. The online application process has begun from November 04 at 11:30am. The last date to submit the application is November 28 upto 12:00 midnight. Age Limit: The age limit of candidates should be between 21 to 32 years for services and posts included in Group A, C & D and 20 to 32 years for services and posts included in Group B. as on January 01, 2016. The relaxation in upper age is applicable 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for BC candidates, up to 45 years for PWD candidates.
Educational Qualification: The educational qualification of candidates should be a Degree from a recognized University, and able to read, speak and write in Bengali.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of written examination and personality test.
Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 210/- + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs 5 needs to be paid online through debit/ credit card plus service charge as Government Duty/ Service Charge of Rs. 5 for Net Banking/ by offline with Service Charge of Rs. 20/- for payment through Bank counter (off-line payment).
