·         Offer Made Database The offer made details from our end
·         Rejected Database Database of Rejected candidate post our interviews.
·         Written Test Score Database Written test score of the candidates.
·         Campus Evaluation Database Campus Recruitment details and feedback.
·         Profile Tracker Profiles forwarded to line and feedback
·         Vacancy Tracker Vacancy given to us for sourcing.
·         Courier Database Outgoing Courier details from us.
·         Exit Database w.e.f 01/04/2006 Capturing the Exit nos. and the Reasons
·         Parichay Database List of Mentor and Mentee
·         VOE and Branch Visit Report Database of the VOE & branch visit done
2. Co-ordination
Internal
·         Co-ordinating with line Manager for complete papers/approval for the offer.
·         Providing written test scores and co-ordinating for the written test.
·         Co-ordinating for Interviews with Line Managers.
·         Co-ordinating with Employees for KS.
·         Co-ordinating with line and admin for Pre-employment Medical Test.
·         Co-ordinating for open offer with line.\Sending introductory email to mentor and Mentee.
External
·         Co-ordinating with placement consultant for interviews
·         Co-ordinating with Placement Officers for GT & T3 Campus Recruitment.
·         Co-ordinating with Candidates for interview.----skit
·         Interacting with candidates sourced directly or through Job Portal for interest check

3. Recruitment
·         Campus Recruitment Co-ordinating T3 MBA & GT Campus recruitment with Placement Officers.
·         KS Conversion - Co-ordinating with employees for KS conversion as well as creating KS awareness among the employees
·         Fitment Preparing draft fitment based on RSM advice and post approval from RSM sends to Mumbai for offer generation.
·         Query Resolution Candidate enquires on interview schedule, status on offer etc. and also handles queries on newjoinees formalities etc.

4. Documentation
·         Maintain duplicate back up papers for the entire Offer documents, Reference Check Form, PPR , Transfer, Exit & Resignation dispatched from the region
·         Dispatching Parichay Cards to all the new joinees every month
·         Coordinating with all the vendors for raising the bills & also in timely settlement of bills.
·         Maintain all the Stationery requirement for the HR team


II Accountability

·         Accurate & Up to Date maintains of MIS
·         Timely Coordination for recruitment (Complete set of documents for offer, Interview schedule, Test etc) as per RSM advice & TAT
·         Rework to be reduced to Zero


III Job Specification
·         Graduate with Recruitment experience or MBA or MSW fresher
·         Good communication skills
·         Organized, perfectionist and systematic in working
·         Extrovert with cool temperament
IV Code of Conduct
·         Confidentiality - He/She will not share any details or information with any external or internal people without the knowledge of RSM/RHRC.
·         Punctuality - He /She should be punctual to work as per the office timing.
·         Receiving Gifts - He /She will not receive any gifts from Customer (i.e. Candidates) and Vendors.
·         Communication with Line Managers He/She can communicate with line as per the advise of RSM / RHRC. He /She should address the Line Manager by Sir or Mam
·         Dress Code Formals (without tie) Shoes will be mandatory
·         Language ONLY ENGLISH and Local Language based on requirement

V Parameters for Perfomance Management of The HR CoEx
·         MIS Maintenance should be given 50% Weightage
·         Co-ordination with internal and external should be given 20% weightage
·          Recruitment activities should be given 20% weightage
·         Documentation should be given 10% Weightage
