Job Description:

• Business ownership of specific functionality areas within the platform.
• Performing competitive research and analysis and conducting user interviews to identify specific areas for improvement and generate ideas for future functionality upgrades.
• Creating and managing detailed design documents that outline the specifications, workflow and actual graphic layout of proposed application solutions.
• Presenting designs of proposed functionality improvements to internal teams and clients.
• Performing quality assurance tasks to ensure stability and thoroughness of the platform, including unit testing and close collaboration with the technology team during the development stages.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of related experience preferred, but will consider others with 2-4 years of business analyst experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Expression Blend is preferred
• Passion for improving business processes for the client, along with confidence and willingness to defend ideas, are the keys to success .Ability to draw and compile ideas from others.
• To be self-directed in development of functional requirements, across data, design and technology, as well as the capacity to work within a collaborative team environment to vet new ideas
• Understanding of financial services or previous business analyst technology experience is preferred, but not required
