Candidate Profile:

• Dynamic professionals with experience in Travel agency as a travel agent/ticket booking executive.
• Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting / report writing. 
• Experience in AIR Fare Loading or in any other travel process will be preferred.
• Preferably worked on Airfares. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
• Sound knowledge of international /Domestic Ticketing and fare calculation. 
• Good Knowledge of any GDS.
• Good observation and analyzing skills.

Job Description

• Be a part of quality Assurance team and able to test overall functionality of the product. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Travel Industry.
• Prepare and execute Test scenarios as well as test cases covering Functional aspects of the system.
• Should be able to Work/QA on AIR, Hotel, Car, Insurance etc. All travel related products.
• Provide vital inputs in enhancing the overall look and feel as well as the functionality of the product.
• Understand different business process of Travel Agencies and test the system based on their use cases.
• Check the fare and other content showing on the sales channel and suggest for issues or enhancements as per the user perspective.
• Raising issues within team and follow ups for the open ones with end to end resolution.
• Work independently with various teams for fixation of the errors.
