Poornam is a ISO (9001-2008 and 27001) certified Software Company with a special interest in Linux.We develop custom Linux software and provide Server administration services for Linux/UNIX/windows servers. We have clients all over the world including US, UK,Sweden, Australia, Italy, Middle East, Singapore and Thailand. Currently Poornam has 270+ software engineers and around 30 support staff.
A.Role: Customer Relation Executive
Job Description:
  • Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
  • Coordinate with the client and the teams
  • Monitor the servers
  • Obtain client feedback
  • Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls
  • Forward reboot request to NOC on demand
  • Attend all incoming calls to the company
  • Library Management
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduates/Post Graduates with 65% aggregate (B-tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not considered)
  • 2011 /2012 and 2013 batch candidates (should be available for immediate joining)
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Vibrant and lively nature
Salary Details:
  • Gross Salary - Rs. 10,000/month
  • Company will be providing free food and accommodation.
  • Will also be eligible for Rs. 1,50,000/- worth medical insurance per year (self +two dependents).*

Service Tears and Condition:
  • 6 months probation period
  • Submission of educational certificates at the time of joining.
  • Willingness to work on night shifts (rotational shifts)
B. HR Executive-MBA
Duties and Responsibility:
  • You will have a generalist HR profile
  • Timely & effective recruitment to meet business needs
  • Manage job vacancies promotion
  • You are accountable for finding A players in time according to the sales requirements
  • You can use your creativity to promote vacancies in any way you want
  • You will manage the selection procedure from placing the vacancy up to hiring
  • Responsible for general HR administration like maintaining personal files, signing contract with employees and leave/Attendance management
  • Coordinate periodic performance review and other improvement & welfare activities
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities
  • Act as point of contact for employee related concerns/clarification and questions
  • Partnering with the management team to advice and guide them on all HR related topics
  • Responsible for exit formalities
