Job Description:
-       Effectively lead a team of analysts and build processes and structures to help achieve marketing objectives
-       Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing operational processes and standards
-       Develop deep understanding of the customer and build analytics to acquire new customers and retain old customers in a cost effective manner
-       Monitor and Optimize the yearly investments that are happening in the Offline as well as Online marketing domains
-       Assist various marketing teams to design and conceptualize CRM programs which are best suited for the  consumer and are in the interest of the brand
-       Bring in increased relevance in the overall marketing communication by developing personalization programs which tie all the channels of marketing
-       Drive Consumer insights and competitive analysis across all Offline marketing channels, Paid Marketing channels, Social, CRM, SEO & Media solutions’ teams
-       Visits’ optimization at a category and at a channel level
-       Develop frameworks for promoting usage of Mobile platform and App performance through various Marketing campaigns and tools
-       Develop frameworks for providing Business Intelligence and reporting in order to equip  the key decision makers in the marketing team
-       Drive automation across various manual processes in order to improve accuracy and effectiveness of the campaigns
-       Bring in quantitative tracking mechanisms across all aspects of Marketing including those which are traditionally not measured or tracked rigorously
-       Owner of driving key metrics from a consumer stand point – Customer Life time value, Churn rates, Visit behavior etc.
-       Measuring scores for Imagery, customer satisfaction and relevance of communication across all the marketing teams
